Essay

Object: the preparation process of emulsified bitumen by cavitational dispergating of components. Objective: the development of equipment for cavitation method of emulsified bitumen preparation, which has the controlled from distance system managements by the parameters of dispergating, simplified structural execution and minimum specific energy consumption. Methods: analysis of the systems and generalization of experience on the topic of research, physical design of hydrodynamic processes, laboratory research and industrial test of technology of emulsified bitumen preparation, mathematical design of working process of raw materials dispergation, design of experiments, use of methods of fuzzy sets. Equipment: thermocouple АТА-2102 ТХА (К); digital device Меterman TMD 90; resistive temperature transducer ТСМ-0879-01; temperature-regulating station БРТ-3; ampermetr Э 8030-М1; voltmeter Э 8030; switchgears for motor control; manometer МТП-100; mercurial thermometer ТТЖ-М. Theoretical and practical results: development of theory and methodology of engineering calculations of cavitation units for the preparation of bitumen emulsions for determination of basic parameters of its structural execution and selection of corresponding technological equipment. Novelty: theoretical and experimental researches, determination and establishment of conformities to law of process of the cavitation dispergating of emulsified bitumen's components. Subject and implementation level: design documentation, methods of calculations and production prototypes of the cavitation units for the preparation of bitumen emulsions. Implementation efficiency: the structural implementation is simplified, energy saving, emulsion quality enhancement. Field of application: construction machine building, construction engineering.
