In the thesis, a comparative analysis of different methods of regional anesthesia the anterior abdominal wall in 165 children. Analysis of hemodynamic parameters, stress markers, cardiac rhythm, pain intensity shown that thoraco-lumbar paravertebral anesthesia combines the benefits of central and peripheral blockade of the anterior abdominal wall, and it requires minimal intraoperative opioids potentiation and long and distinguished quality postoperative analgesia. The caudal anesthesia was significantly higher intsydentnist adverse events and complications (9.37%) compared to other groups.
