In the thesis, a comparative analysis of different methods of regional anesthesia the anterior abdominal wall in 165 children. On the basis of the pilot study character distribution solution of local anesthetic in paravertebral space for children, sponsored by improved methods of thoraco-lumbar paravertebral blockade, which significantly reduces the invasiveness of procedure, namely the implementation of the blockade flush volume of anesthetic 0.2-0.3 ml / kg. Based on clinical research into clinical practice implemented method of identification paravertebral space through neyrostymulyatsiyi. Analysis of hemodynamic parameters, stress markers, cardiac rhythm, pain intensity shown that thoraco-lumbar paravertebral anesthesia combines the benefits of central and peripheral blockade of the anterior abdominal wall, and it requires minimal intraoperative opioids potentiation and long and distinguished quality postoperative analgesia. The caudal anesthesia was significantly higher intsydentnist adverse events and complications (9.37%) compared to other groups. As a result of the research work proved the advantage peripheral regional anesthesia techniques anterior abdominal wall above the caudal epidural anesthesia.
