Dissertation is devoted to the justification, the study and implementation of the best options in the hospital drug stimulation of the gastrointestinal tract after surgery of the abdominal organs. The thesis is theoretically justified and provides a solution to the scientific and practical task of improving the efficiency of intensive care after emergency abdominal surgery. Application of L-arginine and metoclopramide is effective for postoperative gastrointestinal motility disorders and provides more rapid restoration of peristalsis than usage of metoclopramide and neostigmine.
