Objective: improve the efficiency of prognosis and response to treatment of MDS based on the evaluation of the polypeptide stimulators and inhibitors of hematopoiesis serum krovi.Dopovneno scientific data on prognostic factors and total duration of leukemia-free survival of patients with MDS low and high threshold set ryzyku.Vpershe TNF concentrations - alpha, IL-6, VEGF and EPO in the serum of patients with MDS with predictive value for vyzhyvannya.Vstanovleno low probability of obtaining remission in response to immunosuppressive therapy and the development of early relapse in treated patients.
