Object - morphological violations affected and contralateral kidneys unilateral inflammation; goal - clarify the pathogenesis of functional disorders of the affected and contralateral kidney by studying morphological violations by unilateral inflammation; methods - functional, biochemical, histological, microbiological, statistics; results - for the first time shown that the initial activation of compensatory mechanisms contralateral kidney was characterized by glomerular filtration rate and urine output; show that 5 day simulation of unilateral acute inflammation of the kidneys was the inclusion of an intact body in the disease process; proved that removal of the affected organ to move inflammation in the contralateral kidney in purulent stage (before 14 era) helped reduce inflammation in the last almost until his elimination to 28 days of the study; validated and analyzed morphological features of violations of the affected and contralateral kidneys unilateral inflammation where the contralateral kidney involvement in the pathological process occurred in 5 days due to migration of microbial agents, whereas irreversible tissue changes in the contralateral kidney developed between 10 and 14 era.
