Pavliuk K. Interaction of public authorities and non-governmental organizations in national security ensuring system of Ukraine

The thesis carried out for scientific and theoretical substantiation of the main tasks and ways of optimization the interaction between public authorities and non-governmental organizations in the national security system of Ukraine. The process of "the state - civil society" system transformation in context of democratic society development is revealed. It is determined that the development of the national security system is promoted by several factors, such as: improvement of legal framework in civil society activities; forming a coherent, coordinated with civil society strategy for further development of the national security system; establishing of constructive dialogue between public authorities and professional community in national security system; coordinated information and PR-policy in national security system; solving the problem of excessive commercialization of non-governmental structures in national security system.
