Essay

On the basis of typology and system descriptions fixed lexical nominations and structures of the text, their correlation with modern settings of scientific functionally-stylistic norms is motivated the importance of the contribution of I. Franko into the history of the formation and development of national scientific style, in particular professional economic special language. The attention is focused on the fact that today the linguistic study of language research papers requires not only intensification, but also modernizing the theoretical and methodological renovation. It is demonstrated that according to the type of language organization I. Franko works represent popular science substyle of the late XIX - early XX centuries, when between scientific and popular scientific texts there was no clearly distinction, and professional economic special language was only at the stage of formation. Lexical-thematic stratification of language formation practice of I. Franko in the genre of economic works found two definitive pieces of dictionary - the general scientific and literary language and the proper economic terms. The body of general scientific and literatury language elaborates the lexical-thematic groups: "names of people" and "the titles of institutions and organizations." The general body of the proper economic terms is detailed in lexical-thematic groups: "the names of means of payment", "name of institutions engaged in financial and credit", "the title of financial documents and securities", "title monetary result of financial and credit operations", "names of actors, names of individuals involved in financial transactions", "the names of financial and credit transactions, and financial action", "the titles of financial penalties", "names of sets of values, parameter names, values, units of measure which are used in credit and financial operations." It is proved that lexical-semantic relations in the system of the dictionary analyzed economic papers are synonymous and antonymic correlations.
