Essay

The thesis is devoted to scientific substantiation of the use of probabilistic approaches and methods to improve the system of assessment of air quality to justify the adoption of health - environmental measures to safeguard public health. As a result of studies found that the national policy in the field of air requires amendments in line with international documents concerning safety requirements for human health. It is proved that the information available on air pollution insufficient for risk assessment for health and needs improvement. Grounded research component of the new information-analytical system of hygienic assessment of air quality territorial level. Methodology health risk assessment exposed population in developing technological standards of permissible emissions of carbon oxide by sintering machines industrial MMC Ukraine.
