Essay

In the thesis first held theoretical and applied research problems restoration of the proceedings. For the first time analyzed the evolution of the institution restoration of the proceedings and its place in the structure of the field of civil procedural law. The author of the legal concept of understanding the nature of restoration of the proceedings as a means of security and procedural implementation mechanism subjective procedural rights of persons involved in the case and the mechanism for implementing the principle of legality in civil proceedings.
