Research object: the management of consumer capital engineering company; the purpose of the work: further development and improvement of theoretical positions, methodological support and develop practical recommendations for the management of consumer capital engineering company, which manufactures products for industrial use; research methods and instruments: structural and logical analysis, analysis and synthesis, logic synthesis, system approach, method of peer review, taxonomic analysis, matrix method, multivariate regression analysis, additive coagulation, hierarchy analysis method, graphic; theoretical and practical results: a methodical approach to building consumer capital management strategies of engineering companies that are selected based on a matrix formed by the ratio of the value of relationships with customers and the most significant means and conditions for the formation and development of these relations; methodological support evaluation of consumer engineering enterprise capital, the difference of which is the simultaneous consideration of quantitative and qualitative indicators in determining generalized indicators for components of consumer capital; capital management tools, consumer machine-building enterprise, the difference of which is that it covers both the means and conditions of the development of relations with consumers, and the results of these processes; structured strategic and operational management levels of consumer capital and diversified from these levels: strategic level - matrix analysis for operational level - evaluation instruments, equipment and conditions of formation of relations with consumers and their results; the definition of "consumer capital of industrial enterprises", underlining its contents duality: on the one hand, as a set of tools and conditions, on the other - as a result of the formation and development of relations with consumers, resulting value of this relationship; warehouse performance evaluation of consumer capital engineering company, which selected group of indicators to assess the means and conditions of formation of relationship with consumers, a group of indicators to assess the value of relationships with customers as effective signs of their formation; principles of consumer capital engineering company, whose composition is supplemented by the principles of value approach; subject and degree of introduction: results are put in practical activity of SE "Kharkov machine-building plant "FED", JSC "U.P.E.K", аbstract of them Simon Kuznets KhNUE in teaching discipline "Analysis of banking" for Bachelors specialty "Banking business"; scope: consumer capital management of engineering enterprise, the learning process.
