Essay

Theoretical, methodological and practical bases of financial support of NGOs in Ukraine in order to improve their performance were studied. An estimation of Ukrainian NGOs development was conducted; the analysis of their financial support according to the international practice standards was done; the regional disparities in financing of Ukrainian NGOs were revealed and the ways of its elimination were suggested. It is determined the priority mechanisms, the use of which will significantly increase revenues to budgets of NGOs of Ukraine from all sources.
