Essay

In this paper the stages of evolution of object of solfeggio from antiquity to the present were determined, a detailed phased analysis of methodological thoughts, ideas, support and systems of teaching solfeggio was presented, methodological developments and original methods of teaching solfeggio of national and foreign teachers of the twentieth century, programs and methods of teaching the subject in contemporary music school were analyzed. Conclusions on the problems and contradictions that exist in the current development of the subject were presented.
