Essay

The thesis presents the results of research of influence of technological (age of sows, type of feeder, the feeding of probiotic preparation "Bio Plus 2B") and breeding and genetic (breed, genotype by CTSL and MC4R genes) factors on the productivity of pigs. Appreciated age dynamics of reproductive qualities of hybrid sows of Large White ? Landrace and Ukrainian Meat ? Landrace and determined the optimal duration of their economic use. It is established the advantages of using feeding machine with feeding of fattening young pigs. It is proved positive effect of probiotic preparation "Bio Plus 2B" on the formation of fattening and meat qualities of young pigs. Determined the degree of association of fattening and meat qualities of young pigs with genotypes for genes of cathepsin L and melanocortin.
