Essay

Study Object: effects of technological approaches of cultivation on plant development, variability of photosynthetic and symbiotic apparatuses, yield and quality of soybean seeds. Aim: To determine peculiarities of plant growth and development, of symbiotic and photosynthetic apparatus formation, and of 'Romantika' and 'Annushka' soybean seed yields depending on seed treatment with plant growth regulators (REACOM and VERMISTIM) and bacterial agent RIZOBOFIT, application of mineral fertilizers and drip irrigation. Methods: Field, visual, measuring-weighing, biochemical, statistical, computational-comparative, mathematical-statistical. Novelty: For the first time in the Eastern Forest-Steppe of Ukraine, the efficacy of soybean seed treatment with RIZOBOFIT and new growth regulators in the setting of drip irrigation was proved; their effects on plant growth and development were justified; an increase in the field germinability and plant survival was recorded; the leaf area enlarged; the photosynthetic potential augmented; a gain in the net photosynthetic productivity was observed; bacterium number and weight increased; soybean seed yields as well as protein content rose. Influence of doses of mineral fertilizers on seed yields and their quality indices was described; the share of influence of the test factors on parameters of the productivity of soybean varieties 'Romantika' and 'Annushka' in the setting of drip irrigation was determined. The economic and energy efficacies of the test components of soybean cultivation technology were established. Results: The effect of interaction between plant growth regulators, bioagent, various doses of mineral fertilizers and drip irrigation on plant growth and development, dynamics of biometric data, contents of photosynthetic pigments in leaves of different soybean varieties during the growing season was determined. Cultivation of different soybean varieties influenced by the test technological components was economically evaluated. The components of cultivation technology of soybean varieties 'Romantika' and 'Annushka' were improved and scientifically rationalized by optimizing doses of mineral fertilizers, treating seeds with RIZOBOFIT and growth regulators (REACOM and VERMISTIM), applying drip irrigation, which improves realization of the potential productivity for the conditions of the Eastern Forest-Steppe of Ukraine. Degree of Implementation: the main findings were industrially tested and implemented in LLC Farm Firm "Sady Ukrainy" ("Gardens of Ukraine") (Kegichevska district, Kharkiv region) on the area of 67 ha, Farm "Lugovoi YaI" (Nova Vodolaha district, Kharkiv) on the area of 7 ha, Farm "Kalina" (Blyzniuky district, Kharkiv region) on the area of 13 ha, farm "Alpha" (Zolochiv district, Kharkiv region) on the area of 35 ha.
