The object of research is the process of determining the health of young people. The aim is to increase the efficiency of the process of determining the state of health of young people by improving the appropriate method and the establishment of automated medical complex. Methods: Systems Analysis; information modeling; fuzzy logic; functional and psycho-diagnostics; biotechnical systems theory; mathematical statistics; expert methods. The theoretical results are: first suggested information-structural model of the individual young person's health. Improved complex method of determining the state of health of young people, characterized by the famous introduction to the structure of stages: control of corrective, preventive and monitor telemedicine support. Improved mathematical model for determining the integral health of young people. It has continued to develop a system of criteria, which provides the definition of the state of physical health of young people on set compensation levels of somatic disease, non-specific resistance and functional adaptation of the organism, which is characterized in that it is supplemented by the criterion of the integral health of young people. Practical results are to develop and implement: the algorithms assess the level of physical fitness in the "baseline medical examination" modes, "screening", "monitoring", "thorough investigation" and making the assessment of physical health decisions; contactless thermography module presented in the form of an autonomous, functionally finished device, providing early diagnosis of inflammatory processes in the body that allows you to localize the inflammatory processes of different etiology in the early stages of their appearance; automated medical complex in the form of an organized set of interconnected primary data recorders, data entry modules, modules for psychophysiological assessment of the status and health of youth component, decision support systems, databases and knowledge module telemedicine support.
