Object - the formation and evaluation of social and labor security company. Purpose - scientific substantiation of theoretical and methodical positions and develop practical recommendations for the formation of social and labor security company and evaluating its level. Methods - scientific analysis and comparison, induction and deduction, questioning, abstract and logical observation, analysis, synthesis, generalization, specification, simulation, analogy, expert assessments, economic-mathematical modeling. Results - synthesis of theoretical foundations and development of methodological approaches to the formulation and evaluation of social and labor security. Novelty - proposed a comprehensive strategy for social and employment security, which is implemented from the perspective of the principle of subsidiarity; improved methodology for evaluation of the social and labor security, which includes indicators of social protection of personnel and safe working conditions; the methodical approach to improving social and labor protection company that provides application and building macromodelling interval models; the system of guaranteeing social and labor security, which involves the construction of three-dimensional model that allows you to identify acceptable combination of possible threats basic ways and methods of leveling and boost the efficiency of management of social and labor security company; the systematization of threats to social and labor security company and develop an algorithm to counteract them. They are implemented in practice of PJSC "Publishing House "High Castle", LLC "Publishing "Svichado" SE "All-Ukrainian specialized publishing house "World", Department of Lviv City Council and the learning process of the Ukrainian Academy of Printing.
