Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of therapy, medical control of heart rate in chronic artery disease patients with moderate heart failure and ejection fraction<45 %. The thesis demonstrated that combination therapy of ivabradin and bisoprolol is not inferior than full-doze of bisoprolol therapy on clinical effect and reduce the average daily and maximum heart rate, but does not provide reducing ectopic myocardial ventricles, improves exercise tolerance improvement, longitudinal left ventricular systolic function, has advantages before monotherapy b-AB due to the positive impact on the reduction of PWV and its augmentation.
