Essay

Determined the current state of research of crimes against morality, as the object of criminological research. It is found social conditionality criminalization of crimes against morality, by matching socially dangerous acts stipulated by articles 297-304 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, its grounds and principles. In researched analyzes quantitative and qualitative indicators crimes against morality in Ukraine. Characterized latency of this group of crimes and set the main factors contributing to the development of natural and artificial latency crimes against morality.
