Polyvach V. Features of the proceedings on cases that arise from credit relationships in civil process of Ukraine

The thesis is an independent complete scientific research devoted to the features of proceedings arising from credit relationships in civil process of Ukraine. The paper contains an analysis of the claim in this category of cases, the right to its filling and procedural order of its realization; definition of the subject of the claim and the specifics of the claim; clarify the range of people involved in the cases and circumstances relevant to the case; investigation of evidence; analysis procedural order of consideration on the merits and resolution of the court the claims arising from credit relationships, and content of the judgment. The study formulated theoretical conclusions and reasonably practical suggestions for improving the current civil procedural and civil legislation of Ukraine and practice of its application.
