Essay

Thesis deals with the interoperability certain food azo dyes, which are part of medicinal products with different organic substances the basic character, including medical, and the development of highly sensitive and simple methods for determining of synthetic food azo dyes, consisting in medicines and control methods of industrial cleaning equipment after using dyes in the production of drugs. The possibility of separation, identification, and quantification of carmoisine and tartrazine in medical products – syrup and tablet’s shells – has been shown and the appropriate procedures were developed. The method for the determination of residual quantities during the cleaning completeness control of the process equipment for the pharmaceutical companies was developed.
