The thesis is devoted to historical and legal principles of formation and development of Ukrainian-Polish trade and economic cooperation. A historical and legal analysis has been carried out. Ukrainian-Polish periodization of trade and economic relations in the chronological order from the 90's of XX century to modern time has been done. The process of development and functioning of the contractual and legal base, mechanism of legal regulation of trade and economic cooperation between Ukraine and Poland has been analyzed. The conditional systematization of normative legal sources that make standard of Ukrainian-Polish trade and economic cooperation in general and interregional, transboundary, border cooperation and migration processes of Ukraine and Poland have been highlighted.
