Pustovoit T. Constitutionally legal frameworks of unity of department judicial of Ukraine

Dissertation is devoted determination of legal nature of unity of department judicial, exposure of its system descriptions, structure and essence, place in the system of single state power. In theory investigational and grounded correlation and combination of unity and structured of department judicial as terms of its effective realization. Basic modern progress of the judicial system trends are exposed, the basic organization-law problems of realization of its unity are formulated, developed suggestion on perfection of the proper legislation. Adjusting of unity of status of judges is analysed both on national and international levels; equality of their legal possibilities is considered.
