Sydorchuk S. Peculiarities of experimental wound healing and its farmakokorektsiya antimicrobial-antioxidant complex

Dissertation is dedicated to study the problem of pathological mechanisms of experimental wound process development and efficiency of it’s correction by the mean of composition mixture derivatives of ?-crotonolactone and Zn-carnosine.It is worked out and studied basic pharmacological properties, and conducted the experimental study of action of new pharmacological mean that basis on the complex composition mixture derivatives of gamma-crotonolactone and Zn-carnosine - 3 % ointments with hypoosmotic properties on pathogeny of dermatome wound process, intensity change character of free-radical lipoperoxidation and tension of all antioxidant defense element, cross-correlation dependence of their influence on cytolysis and anabolic activity in the tissues of experimental wounds. The corrective effect of the offered mean is analyzed in a comparative aspect to traditional, and analogical by the character of action of wounds treatment mean ointment «Methyluracilum with myramistinum». The got results is ground to assert that composition mixture derivatives of gamma-crotonolactone and Zn-carnosine owns expressive antiseptic and antioxidant properties at application of it's at the terms of in vivo and has a good prospect for successful treatment of wound process of soft tissues.
