Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the topical treatment of wound defect after surgical interventions for complications of diabetic foot syndrome, by use of cell-tissue technologies. This dissertation is based on the on the results of the examination and treatment of 114 patients with diabetes complicated by the development of diabetic foot syndrome. During the pilot study it was demonstrated that rapid healing of experimental wounds was caused by intense exposure to the initial phase of regeneration by accelerating the maturation of granulation, while reducing expression of post-traumatic inflammation. The clinical benefit is observed in the majority of patients (92.4%). On the 7-10 day in the base of wound the granulation with pinkcolour was observed, which contributed to more rapid epithelialization of the wound, thereby reducing the duration of treatment. The results of the used dermal equivalents showed the ability to mobilize the body's response system designed to ensure effective recovery of wound defect and thus the sustainable rehabilitation of health.
