Essay

The thesis has solved scientific and practical problem of choosing the strategy of web project management under conditions of uncertainty. Main factors which influencing the web-project management, method of processing and elimination of uncertainties in the characteristics of the, method for selecting strategies of managing Web project under conditions of uncertainty, were developed. Author improved method for determining priorities in the analytic hierarchy process. The algorithm for processing of uncertainties in and software for decision-making support of web-project management were developed.
