Bulavynets O. Loan capital in enterprise financing in Ukraine

The thesis conducted a comprehensive study of theoretical principles and practice of business financing through loan capital, the directions of their improvement are proposed. The essence, sources of funding and key features of the company are explained, given the place it loan capital. The nature of loan capital and the content of the principles and policies management are depth understand. The thesis analyzed the body-structural parameters of loan capital in enterprise on the example of the sample of agricultural holdings, costs and effectiveness of its formation and use are estimated. Prospects enterprises of using innovative forms of loan capital and approaches to improving management in the context of increasing efficiency and optimization structures are reviewed.
