The thesis is a comprehensive research of institution of special proceeding in the cases on establishment of facts relevant to the protection of family rights and interests. Based on the results of the research the evolution of legal regulation of special proceeding in the cases on establishment of facts relevant to the protection of family rights and interests was monitored, the concept was formulated and the classification of such facts was implemented.
