In dissertation the actual scientific and technical task of ground of parameters of development of coal deposits of the steep falling taking into account the region of the rational planning, the elements of which from positions of classic economic approach the analysis of charges of production of coal goods is, was decided, as they rely not only on prices on resources, but also from technology, analysis of law of decreasing return at mining, and also realization of conception of marginal charges and profits at production of coal goods. The rational production volume of coal goods, which is settled to obtain at the existent charges of the coal mining and standard of prices, to which it is possible to go down at the sales of products, lies in the basis of choice of technological parameters of exploitation of concrete deposit.
