Essay

The socio-cultural identity. Identification and study the mechanisms of formation of social and cultural identity in the context of the reform of public administration. Methods: historical, empirical, structural and functional analysis. It is proved that an integrated national mechanism for the formation of social and cultural identity is the institutionalization of cooperation between different carriers socio-cultural ideas for the formation of national ideas, values and civic and political positions. The results are put into practice of public administration.
