Chronic pancreatitis a disease characterized by a pronounced impact on mental functioning and causes in patients signs of a variety of psychological and psychosocial maladjustment. In the study examined patients with chronic pancreatitis with biliary (98 women and 49 men) and alcoholic etiology (44 women and 96 men). Investigated features of emotional state of patients with chronic pancreatitis, set top psychopathological manifestations and specificity of depressive and anxiety disorders depending on the etiology and gender. Determinated the personality characteristics patients with chronic pancreatitis and provided characterological typology. The types of psychological and psychosocial maladjustment to the disease, and the leading types of response to the disease were research. Analyzed behavioral patterns, such as coping mechanisms, manifestations of deviated and dependent behavior in relationship to the course of treatment and according to etiology. In research found psychopathogenesis common mechanisms of disease development. Based on the data allocated general and specific target of psychological influence and developed a set of psychocorrection measures, based on intervention to stabilize emotional state, deactivate maladaptive and actualize adaptive personality and behavioral patterns, psychopathogenic-differentiated modification of behavioral sphere by reducing capacity declined and dependent behaviors. The set of measures of psychocorrection patients with chronic pancreatitis biliary and alcohol etiology introduced into clinical practice and proved their effectiveness.
