The thesis is solve the problem of ensuring the efficiency of industrial activity of the universal courts in linear navigation sector. Methodical provisions on justification of the cargo base-purpose vessels in view of its structure and the laws of formation. A conceptual model of the organization of the courts and the line based on it carried out a phased process formalization of transport vessels. Justification of the system parameters characterizing the ship and international line, ensuring the effective functioning of the universal line service vessels.
