Pogrebnyak V. Civil legal regulation of relations of consumer lending in Ukraine.

This dissertation deals with theoretical and practical issues related to the concept of consumer lending relations, the history of their origin, development, legal nature and characteristics of their legal regulation in Ukraine and international law. The civil construction for consumer lending contract is analyzed. It is determined that the consumer lending relationship is species concept credit relationships. The contracts differences of the loan and consumer credit are established. Their peculiarity is that they provide the personal needs of individuals. The differences in credit contracts and consumer credit are established. The legal characteristics of the contract are analyzed and on its basis the contract definition is formulated. The features of contract's subjects, methods of conclusion, cancellation and termination, form, content and liability for its failure of terms are identified.
