The dissertation is devoted to the research of grounds, conditions and features of participation of securities trader in economic relationships at stock market as well as to a content of his legal status. Construction of legal economic relationships arising at stock market and features of its subjective composition are analyzed. The division of stock market participants on professionals and non-professionals is researched, legal and economic preconditions for establishment of obligated participation of securities trader in separate operations at commercial segment of stock market are determined. Forms of securities trader participation in relationships at stock market as well as legal nature of mediation service providing by trader within underwriting, brokerage and securities management are researched. Correlation between mediation, agency and representation services are determined. The features of securities trader participation in relationships at stock market within legal statuses of underwriter, broker, dealer and securities manager as well as guaranties of his activity and specificity of his responsibility are analyzed.
