Syed M. . Interleukinemia, glucometabolic profile in patients with arterial hypertension.

Dissertation is devoted todiagnostics efficacy increasing of arterial hypertension that associated with glucometabolic disorders on the base of complex assessment of anthropometric parameters, plasma interleukins levels and carbohydrates and lipid metabolism. In abdominal obesity associated hypertension marked preference of proinflammatory immune response was detected, as evidenced by the significant increase in the level of interleukin-18 and the IL-18 / IL-10 mean. In hypertensive patients with hypertriglyceridemic waist phenotype observed increase in proinflammatory interleukin-18, a negative glucometabolic and atherogenic profile. In hypertensive patients with concomitant prediabetes levels of interleukin-18 is the highest compared with patients without concomitant glucometabolic disorders, diabetes mellitus type 2 and the control group. The content of interleukin-10 in patients with hypertension, arterial hypertension with prediabetes increases against the control group and decreased in the conditions of concomitant type 2 diabetes.
