Essay

Object of study - mixed urogenital infections. The purpose of research - to improve the treatment of urogenital mixed infections caused by Chlamydia, Trichomonas, Mycoplasma, herpesvirus, through the development of complex physical and chemical methods of therapeutic influence for their basic pathophysiological mechanisms. Methods: clinical, laboratory, biochemical, immunological and statistics. The thesis is devoted to solving scientific and practical task of improving the efficiency of clinical diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of patients with urogenital mixed infections caused by Chlamydia, Trichomonas, Mycoplasma, herpesvirus. Developed therapy allowes to overcome the resistance of trichomonas to treatment with antitrichomonas and antiparasitic drugs, ozone therapy, laser & magnet phototherapy, allowing to achieve a 95% clinical and microbiological cure rates and reduce sexual and reproductive disorders from 33-93% to 5-35%. The results of research put into practice at Municipal institution "Zaporizhzhia Regional Dermato-Venerological Clinical Dispensary" of Zaporizhzhia Regional Council, Municipal institution "Odessa Regional Dermato-Venerological Dispensary", Poltava Regional Clinical Dermato-Venerological Dispensary, as well as in the educational process of the department of dermatology and HIV/AIDS of Kharkiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education.
