Essay

The thesis is dedicated to improving the treatment of patients with venous encephalopathy on the background of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease by applying to the treatment of venotonic drug and complex polypeptide fractions with low molecular rationale for their therapeutic efficacy. For the first time in patients with various degrees of bronchial obstruction chronic obstructive pulmonary disease presented combined, forming a comprehensive description of the dynamics of neurological disorders, cognitive disorders, state of arterial and venous blood flow to parts of the brain, especially the structural changes in the brain. The recommendations for the treatment of venous encephalopathy on a background of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease based on these results.
