Postol K. Legal mechanisms of interaction between civil society and the state

The problems of establishment and development of legal mechanisms of interaction between civil society and the state in terms of European integration are researched and the proposals to improve the current legislation and the relevant enforcement practice are substantiated. The nature and content of the category of "legal mechanisms of interaction civil society and state" are determined, the features of the methodology in legal theory are revealed. It is noted that in the XXI century diversity of social life determines the multiplicity of legal and other mechanisms of interaction of civil society and its institutions with the state. The most established of them are normative and organizational legal mechanisms. Normative mechanism of interaction between civil society and the state is researched in the paper, which is a system of the National and International Law, implementation mechanisms of Chapter. 26 of the Association Agreement between Ukraine and EU are investigated and defined. The content is expanded and periodization of the organizational forms of interaction between civil society and the state is carried, in particular in sphere of formation and realization of state policy in education.
