Bukrieieva O. Improvement of methods of forming the system of regulations on environmental safety of automotive vehicles

The object of the research - improvement the system of regulations on environmental safety of automotive vehicles (R on ES of AV) and its enforcement mechanisms. The aim of the research - Improvement of methods of forming the system of R on ES of AV by optimizing its structure, parameters and timing of the commissioning of its elements. Methods: systematic analysis is based on the thought-activity methodology and logical-mathematical modeling. In the simulation, analysis and synthesis are used in the basic provisions of standardization and technical regulation theory, general systems theory, theory of production and operation of the AV. Experimental studies are carried out by direct measurements, statistical analysis and consistent performance. Scientific novelty: for the first time a method of structural synthesis of R on ES of AV system options is developed by optimizing their timing commissioning due to the use of identified internal and external relationships, thus improving the efficiency of the system; the classification of objects of standardization is improved in the automotive industry, R, technical and information resources for their management system, it allowed to perform formal structural synthesis, which in the classifications homologous series of the periodic system of technical elements were introduced; method of complex adaptive optimization of the structure and characteristics of the system of R on ES of AV is improved, it allows to choose the optimum R for each element of the hierarchical structure built by the criterion of "the effect / cost".
