Isayan A. The bank lending to AIC enterprises under uncertainty

Analyzes of theoretical and methodological background to bank lending AIC (agro-industrial complex) in the conditions of uncertainty are researched, methodical approaches are enhanced and practical recommendations about this process in Ukraine are made. Intrinsic characteristic is profound and economic content of the concepts "credit", "credit relations", "uncertainty", "bank lending AIC in the conditions of uncertainty" is justified in the thesis. It is enhanced classification of bank lending AIC and classification of credit risks by lending AIC is added. Necessity of accounting of uncertainty in the course of bank lending agro-industrial complex is proved. New classification signs of uncertainty, which are characteristic of lending AIC, are allocated. The current state is analyzed and the main tendencies of lending AIC by banks are revealed. Based on the regression analysis influence of the state via the mechanism of compensation of a loan interest rate to AIC on the total amount of the credits to the entities of a cross-industry complex is estimated. Methodical approach to lending AIC on future harvest eve with use of agrarian receipts is offered. The integrated forecasting approach to activities of AIC, based on interaction of three components is developed: the doctrine of personal probability, fuzzy sets theory and interval arithmetic.
