Sarafonova I. Formation of the mechanism of enterprises' activity regulation at the market of oil and fat production

The thesis is devoted to study the nature, structure and location of the oil and fat subcomplex as a combination of constituent entities of the oilseeds production market within the economic system of Ukraine. Factors and principles are systematized; the mechanism of enterprises' activity regulation at the market of oil and fat production is investigated. The influence of state regulation of the oilseed products market on the industry's enterprises development is examined. The development, current state and efficiency of oilseeds production are analyzed, as well as the tendencies of enterprises' development at the market of oilseeds products processing are established. The market place of the oil and fat subcomplex enterprises within the economic system of Ukraine and the world is determined.By means of economic and mathematical methods the optimization of enterprises' total growth at the market of oil and fat production is done. The ways to improve the mechanism of regulation of the oil and fat subcomplex enterprises' export potential are suggested; the strategic priorities of the oil and fat subcomplex enterprises' development in Ukraine are determined.
