Essay

The presented research focuses on the development of the technologies directed to the improvement of the functional quality of the radiation detector structures based on the Cd (Zn) Te as well as to ascertain of the reasons for its deterioration. The thesis contains technological and research results concerning the optimization of the technologies of the nanosecond laser irradiation, gama-irradiation and thermal treatment in the different ambient atmospheres. Also, the influence of the mentioned active factors on the morphological, electrophysical as well as functional properties of Cd(Zn)Te detector structures was investigated.
