Essay

The purpose of the study is to determine the principles of multifunctional high-rise buildings with improved perception directional wind. Object of research: multifunctional high-rise building. Subject of research: development of principles of multifunctional high-rise buildings, in terms of improved perception of directional wind. Methods: method of comparative analysis of global and domestic experience in design, construction and operation of high-rise multifunctional buildings; method to systematize the results of relevant research, literature and information sources; analysis of laws and regulations; typological analysis method, comparative method and graphic-analytical modeling of planning and functional and space-making multifunctional high-rise buildings, experimental design method. Scientific novelty of the results is that: The classification tall multifunctional building systematized their functional components (elements of residential, public and business, social and consumer, information distribution, transport, engineering and recreational area), revealed features of their placement the structure of the object; the parameters of high-rise buildings (Plan outlines, forms altitude volume, etc.) proposed architectural and planning techniques improve their aerodynamic qualities; recommendations on the inclusion of multifunctional high-rise buildings in the urban environment, taking into account their categories and characteristics of the areas of construction; first formulated the principles of formation of multifunctional high-rise buildings with improved perception directional wind (functional and designing compliance aerodynamic comfort, innovation), and proposed methods of their implementation; The technique of designing tall buildings multifunctional considering new criterion - directional wind. Results of the study are introduced into the practice of design and construction.
