Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the justification of the wheat cooling process during storage in the granary. The paper presents a new solution of a scientific and applied problem which is the preservation of quality levels due to cooling and necessary equipment development. The structural diagram of the device for wheat cooling during storage has been proposed. Computer simulation model of the designed granary and the process of grain mass storing has been developed. The physical model of the interaction between the grain mass and the refrigerant was justified. It was established, that the temperatures changes a cooled wheat quality.
