Essay

The dissertation deals with the efficiency of rehabilitation treatment of frequently ill children and children with recurrent bronchitis by developing treatment complexes based on the use of different modes of haloaerosoltherapy combined with singlet-oxygen and vibroacoustic therapy. The aim of these complexes is improving the anti-infectious defense, complete immunorehabilitation and prevention of further chronisation of infectious-inflammatory processes. It was revealed that this group of children even in the non-acute period had remnant clinical and functional manifestations of inflammation in the broncial system, multi-component disturbances in the immune homeostasis and metabolic changes with endogenous intoxication. These changes determine the need for improving traditional methods of rehabilitation. The pathogenetic feasibility and effectiveness of haloaerosoltherapy with increased rock-salt aerosol load (35-40 mg/m3, 30 min. daily, course of 18 sessions) was testified for the recovery treatment of frequently ill children and patients with recurrent bronchitis. The possibility for reducing the number of haloaerosoltherapy sessions (to 13) preserving the effectiveness of treatment was reached by additional use of singlet-oxygen therapy for frequently ill children and singlet-oxygen therapy and vibroacoustic influence - at children with recurrent bronchitis.
