Kharadzhy M. The psychologico-pedagogical conditions of development of interethnic tolerance of senior pupils

The thesis is devoted to the study of influence of psychologico-pedagogical conditions upon formation of interethnic tolerance of senior pupils. The psychologico-pedagogical conditions are determined, the factors and mechanisms of development of interethnic tolerance are analyzed; the criteria are substantiated and peculiarities, levels and indices of the stage of formation of this phenomenon among senior pupils are displayed. The program of psychological maintenance of formation and development of interethnic tolerance of pupils of senior school age are worked out and tested; its efficiency and the necessity of its application in the process of purposeful influences upon the personality of senior pupils are proved.
