Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the peculiarities of the experimental alimentary obesity based on the investigation of the influence on violations of micro- and macroelement composition in blood and hard tooth tissues on the processes of free radical oxidation. It was established the relationship between leptin levels and such parameters as BMI, indicators of nitroxydergic and free-radical processes, cytokine profile, the degree of apoptotic cell death in case of alimentary obesity. The research of the macro- and microelements content in the blood and hard tooth tissues in rats with alimentary obesity are showed multidirectional character of its changes: decreasing of basic hard tooth tissue bioelements content (calcium, magnesium, zinc and copper), together with decreasing in blood the content of iron, magnesium and zinc and increasing of general and ionized calcium, and copper. At the same time, it was established the positive relationship between TBA- reagents and magnesium and copper level, between total nitrogen monoxide metabolites and oxidative modification of proteins and copper levels. Morphologically, it was indicated the damage of the organic matrix of enamel and dentin changes, which leads to disruption of trophic and destruction of hard tooth tissues.
