The thesis is dedicated to research of the scientific rationale and development of the calculation method of the metal form changing depending on the technological parameters of rolling the special steels in the breakdown passes continuous mills, based on the results of mathematical modeling and experimental searches longitudinal and transverse deformation steels, inclined to increase broadening. The influence of materials on the transverse and longitudinal deformation while rolling metal in the simple shape passes had been determined in theoretic way. In terms of obtained data the method for determining the rolling diameters had been developed taking into account the features of the longitudinal metal flow in passes. Dependencies of deformation and speed parameters on conditions of rolling special steels susceptible to increased spread in passes of the simple shape had been also obtained. These dependencies allow clarifying the calculation method of power and force parameters of the hot section rolling. The obtained dependencies of the influence of the features of the transverse and longitudinal deformation on the rolling diameter had been confirmed in experimental way. The obtained results allow determining the speed mode of rolling sections with more precision. Results of the work are used in the industry and in the educational process.
