In the study identified psychological problems and peculiarities of emotional state associated with the presence of atopic dermatitis and set pathocharacterological and behavioral properties in the context of their impact on adjustment to disease in adolescents. Also in research typologizeted and characterized characterological-behavioral psychotypes as a criteria of differentiation psychological help, identified peculiarities of parental and interfamily relationships in families with ill children, and studied the level of psychosocial functioning adolescents with atopic dermatitis. Based on the results, brought the theoretical justification and practical solving actual scientific problem directed on improving the quality of life and psychosocial functioning adolescents with atopic dermatitis. It made by determining intrapersonal, behavioral, family and psychosocial factors that involved in forming their psychological disadaptation, and the development and introduction into clinical practice complex measures of psychological help.
