Dissertation is devoted to solving actual scientific-practical task of creating a mobile environmental monitoring system by combining space, air and ground moving complexes. The basis of the developed method laid the scientific and methodological apparatus for construction zones of ecological risk during multicriteria assessment of the ecosystem environmental safety. Construction of ecological risk zones is carried out on the multi-criteria basis selection. The algorithm of functioning system the mobile environmental monitoring using space technologies is proposed. In this work developed a method of the synthesis environment monitoring system and ecologically hazardous technogenic objects. This method uses the aerospace technologies. Scientific and practical recommendations for the application of mobile system aerospace environmental monitoring have been developed. These results are raising the accuracy and the information possibility of environmental monitoring systems. It uses the mobile ecological complexes. Complexes using geoinformation and aerospace technologies.
