The thesis is devoted to the complex pharmacognostic study of of Cucumis sativus L. raw material (leaves, stems, flowers and seed), developing drug substances on its basis, standardization of raw materials and remedies. The tincture from the leaves of cucumber was determined, its standardization was carried out on the basis of the research, polysaccharide complexes from the leaves of cucumber was isolated, and antimicrobial activity was established. The projects of the Quality control methods for ram material (leaves) and tincture were proposed.
